HRSynk provides a cloud-based human resource management platform that includes employee management, payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and related HR functionalities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time, but will provide you with at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

Your use of HRSynk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HRSynk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRSynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
